Biography Michel Ouellet has over 30 years experience in communications. A graduate of Université Laval in anthropology and journalism, he served as executive vice president and managing director at BDDS Weber Shandwick, vice-president and managing director at Draft Public Relations and president and CEO at Lambert International. He also served for 11 years as director of communications for the City of Montreal.

A high level strategic advisor, Michel Ouellet is a seasoned manager of delicate situations for both private and public institutions.

Michel Ouellet is also a trainer in public speaking and media relations.
