Biography
Me Serge Allard was admitted as a notary in 1977. For over two decades, he has had a practice focusing exclusively on condominium law.
As an executing and consulting notary, he has overseen the creation of hundreds of condominiums, including many large-scale projects.
He has been a lecturer and professor in undergraduate and graduate programs in several universities, and in continuing education programs for the Quebec Bar and the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
Me Allard has also published many articles in both professional and academic journals.
He created the practical training program for admission to the notarial profession and was director of training of the Chambre des Notaires du Québec, where for several years he taught a course on legal drafting.
He is the author of a handbook on legal drafting and articles on how to draft contracts and legal notices.
