Biography
Sébastien Pigeon practises all aspects of entertainment law and in various areas of intellectual property law. In particular, he deals with issues of entertainment law and copyright.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pigeon was in-house counsel at Zone3 Inc., a major television, movie, stage show and CD producer in Quebec. He dealt with all legal aspects of artistic productions in television, cinema and show business. Producers regularly asked him to advise on their projects and to negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements. Mr. Pigeon also participated in various industry committees negotiating collective agreements in the area of television production in Quebec, and therefore has a theoretical and practical foundation in labour relations in the arts community.
