Biography
Me Mathieu Bouchard, B.C.L., LL.B. (McGill), LL.M. (Cambridge) is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2002 and the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2003. He practices in civil and commercial litigation and public law with the Montreal-based firm of Irving Mitchell Kalichman. He has participated in the preparation and presentation of files before all levels of courts in Quebec as well as federal courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also contributed to numerous publications, including legal journal articles and books, and he has been a guest speaker at several conferences. He is involved in the Canadian Bar Association and as such is currently Chair of the National Administrative Law Section and sits on the organizing committee of the Citizenship and Charters Program offered in high schools throughout Quebec.
