Biography
Martin F. Sheehan is partner at Fasken Martineau. He represents businesses and their insurers in the areas of commercial, professional and product liability. He also defends a wide array of professionals against professional liability claims.
Me Sheehan is also interested in litigation related to project management, in particular for the construction and technology industries. He is a member of the board of governors of the Montreal chapter of the Project Management Institute, and has represented clients in many court and commercial arbitration cases related to major construction and technology projects.
He advises clients on adopting policies for technology and email use and setting up e-commerce Web sites. He is the co-author of a collection of Canadian e-commerce legislation and related documents.
