Biography Me Clément has been the president and Chief Administrative Judge of the Commission des lésions professionnelles since August 31, 2008.

He completed his legal studies at Université Laval and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1985. From 1985 to 2001, he was a lawyer and later a partner in private practice. His practice focused on labour law, administrative law and workplace health and safety law. From 2001 to 2008, he was a commissioner at the Commission des lésions professionnelles.

Since 2008, Me Clément has been a member of the board of directors of the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals (CCAT) and co-chairman of the International Congress of Administrative Law in Montreal 2010 (CCAT). He also served as treasurer and president of the Conference of Administrative Judges of Quebec.
