Biography
Kathryn Leger is an experienced business journalist and legal affairs writer.She has written the
Strictly Legal column published weekly in the business pages of the Montreal Gazette since May 2006, contributes to the newspaper's new online legal page called
Legal Matters, and has published stories in the legal pages of the National Post and Canadian Lawyer. As bureau chief of the Financial Post in Montreal for more than five years, she wrote top stories about Quebec-based companies. Before that, she worked as a foreign correspondent in Latin America, covering political and economic developments in the region for Canadian and U.S. newspapers, radio and television.
