Biography Since October 2006, Dominique Ollivier has been director general of the Institut de coopération pour l’éducation des adultes (ICÉA). Holder of a Master’s degree in Public Administration, she worked from 1995 to 2006 as a press attaché and political consultant for various firms in Quebec and Ottawa. She is the ICÉA representative on many working groups, such as Montréal : Ville de savoir et d’innovation and the continuing education working group of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.
