Biography Philippe Marcoux is a press review commentator for the television show RDI Matin and the radio show C’est bien meilleur le matin on Radio-Canada in Montreal.

A lawyer by training and holder of a L.L.M. from the London School of Economics, he joined Radio-Canada in 1996 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He later worked for the broadcaster in Bangkok, Toronto and London, England. In February 2004, he spent a month at Camp Julien, the Canadian army base in Kabul, Afghanistan to cover the work of the first contingent of the 22nd Regiment.

Since his return to Montreal in 2007, he has developed a particular interest in all questions related to technology and the future of the media. Since October 2009, he has been the host of the podcast Mi5, which deals with the impact of technology on society.
